Abuse & takedown policy
NocturneES uses a notice-and-takedown process. Users publish/share content publicly; reported items can be removed.
We do not produce the videos. Uploaders/sources are responsible. Reported content may be removed.
How reporting works
Use the Report button on a video page or the Abuse form. Provide the URL, reason, and enough detail to locate the material.
Copyright notices should identify the work, the infringing URL, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the owner or authorized agent (DMCA-style).
What we do
Valid reports are reviewed. We may unpublish the listing, delete metadata, and preserve evidence for law enforcement when appropriate.
Clear CSAM or imminent illegal harm is treated with highest priority and may be removed immediately without prior notice to the poster.
Repeat infringers / abusers may be blocked.
Who is responsible
The person who uploaded, embedded, or sourced the content bears primary legal responsibility for that material.
NocturneES acts as a reactive host/index: we are not the producer and cannot pre-screen every public submission.
Filing a false or abusive report may itself be unlawful; do not misuse this process.
